Why I Built Araavi
I built Araavi after watching advisers juggle spreadsheets, endless email threads and folders of scanned documents just to keep one visa application moving. Immigration is complex enough — your tools shouldn't add to it.
The core of the platform is built. Before a wider launch, I want to put it in the hands of a few New Zealand firms, sit alongside them, and fix whatever gets in their way. If that sounds like you, I'd love to talk.

Is Araavi available now?
Araavi is in a founding pilot with a small number of New Zealand firms. Register your interest and we'll contact you personally about joining — places are limited so we can support every firm properly.
Which visas are covered?
Araavi includes 11 New Zealand visa templates, including Student, Work, Skilled Migrant, Family, Visitor, Business and Investor visas, plus checklists for character, health and supporting documents. Every template and checklist can be edited to match how your firm works, and we'll help you set them up during onboarding.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The pilot is free, with no credit card and no contract. Before paid plans start we'll tell you the pricing well in advance, and pilot firms keep a founding-firm discount.
Who is it for?
Licensed immigration advisers and advisory firms in New Zealand — from sole advisers to teams — who manage visa cases for clients and want less time spent on admin.
How is client data protected?
Araavi runs on Microsoft Azure. Each firm's data is stored in its own separate database rather than shared tables, access requires signing in, and everything is encrypted in transit. We're happy to walk through the details with you on a call.
Is everything finished?
No, and we'd rather be upfront about that. Enquiries, case management with visa templates, applicant profiles and document checklists are the core of the pilot. The applicant portal and other features will be prioritised based on what pilot firms need most.

Yes. During onboarding we'll help set up your visa templates and checklists to match how your firm already works.
